You win some, you lose some
Every Wednesday when I step onto the scale, I hope the number I see is smaller than the one I saw 7 days previously. Last week I was pleased with the number, this week not so much. I have to admit that I have not been as active as I had the last few weeks so my weight has gone back up by 4.8 pounds so instead of being 4 pounds away from another goal I am now 9. I am heading off to Watertown NY for a weekend away and to take advantage of a very healthy Canadian dollar so lots of prepared food for 3 days so we'll see how things are when I get on the scale again next Wednesday.
