WWW - part eleventy-teen

No wonder people who are dieting are cranky. You get on the scale one day and you are happy because you have met one of your goals. The next day on the same scale, you are ticked off because you haven't done anything significantly different and your weight is back up. Oh well, I'll just keep plugging along. If I had cheated and used yesterday's number I would have been down a pound over last week. But since part of the reason for this blog is to hold myself accountable I am up 1.2 pounds for the week and up 2.2 pounds from yesterday. How does that happen? See what I mean about cranky?
